林楊素娟 / Lin-Yang Su-Chuan – Chief Business Advisor / MA Certified Trainer
累積了與亞洲市場30多年來的事務經驗,其中包含超過25年直接駐紮在亞洲當地。我的任務和經驗,協助大企業建立製造單位,內容橫跨部門和不同領域。
…starting from accounting in my early career path, later on I’ve focused on international Sales and Marketing. Professional reporting methods with KPI’s are strongly demanded to support global S&M strategies.
With founding my own manufacturing company for cabin air filter (automotive) in 1997, the experience to manage all related departments, as well as legal and social responsibilities are additional skills I’ve learned. Those skills got trained and extended working for German Automotive suppliers in China with demand on Financial Controlling and BU’s reporting systems. Management Systems and international certifications are another strong focus working for global automotive suppliers.
All modern business methods, procedures and reporting systems to run international operations are a part of my job. Experiencing the internal tensions within a global company, especially in a Joint Venture company with heterogeneous culture background , I started to question and criticised those mainly quantitative oriented measurements and to look for additional approaches, such as qualitative measurements, to deal with global strategies and implementation in a multinational company with heterogeneous cultures.
I’ve studied and researched in various ways of the diversity and conflict management about cultural pluralism in Chinese context. With a hope to integrate this approach internationally, I enrolled myself in the University Bremen in Germany and successfully completed with a Master Degree “Transcultural Studies” in order to be able to engage myself with new methodologies and to connect myself into international trend of the research for a coexisting management in a heterogeneous global world. In addition I also participated in a certification program of the University Bremen, to become a certified Trainer for “Inter- and Transcultural Communication and Diversity Competence”.
Today I combine all my experiences to support global activities (scientifically, culturally, economically)
