In the transcultural training we not only demonstrate the differences and diversity of cultures, but set our focus on commonalities and synergies. The transcultural training gives you a solid basis for a resource oriented approach to understand the Chinese culture. The conventional intercultural training focuses only on the differences and neglected the similarities and synergies. Transculturality is the modern way of understanding other cultures.
